#### **Book Publication and Pre-booking Policy**
To ensure the transparency and long-term sustainability of the Akshara Publications free book publication program, the following terms and conditions apply equally to all authors:
1. **Pre-booking Requirement:** A minimum of 50 confirmed pre-bookings is required to publish a book free of charge.
2. **Alternative Provision:** If pre-bookings are fewer than 50, the author is required to purchase 50 copies of the book to proceed with the publication process.
3. **Regarding Liability:** Akshara Publications shall have no liability to print, publish, or distribute the book until one of the above two conditions is met.
4. **Acceptance:** These terms are mandatory for all authors without exception. By entering into the publication process, the author is deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
5. **Authority:** Akshara Publications reserves the full right to postpone or reject the publication if the above conditions are not met.

3. No Agreement Policy
Akshara Publications does not require any legal contract or agreement.
Authors are not bound by exclusivity or time limits.
Authors are free to publish, republish, or distribute their work elsewhere at any time.
4. Copyright & Content Rights
Complete copyright remains with the author.
Akshara Publications does not claim ownership of the manuscript or content.
Authors grant Akshara Publications permission to publish, print, and promote the book under its name unless withdrawn by the author...
For pre-booking, the release date may sometimes change because the final publishing process can depend on editing, printing, production, and other factors. Please understand that we cannot always guarantee an exact release date in advance.
If the book is ultimately not released, the pre-booking amount will be fully refunded. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
